Natural Paving Wins Bali Affiliate Award for Exceptional Service

In recognition of its excellent service, Natural Paving Products (UK) Ltd, the leading independent supplier of ethically sourced natural stone landscaping products, has been named winner of the Affiliate Exceptional Service award from the British Association of Landscaping Industries (BALI).
The prestigious accolade gives industry recognition to BALI Affiliate members that deliver exceptional service across all levels of the supply chain and Natural Paving Products is pleased to have won the Affiliate Exceptional Service award for the second year in a row.
Along with four other winners, Natural Paving Products will now be placed in the running for the Principle Prize, which will be announced at the BALI National Landscape Awards 2013 in December.
Within its winning entry submission, Natural Paving Products demonstrated that it exceeds customer expectations in a number of ways, including superior technical support, service efficiency and product development. A key aspect of this success is the full end-to-end service that the company provides – from the ethical sourcing of materials in its own quarries, to its excellent trade network and Installer scheme.
Natural Paving Products has also invested heavily in a rigorous programme of product testing as part of the transition to the new Construction Products Regulation (CPR), which came into force on 1st July 2013. All of the company’s products now bear CE Marks in line with the regulations, giving merchants, customers and end users greater assurances of performance and quality from the outset.
